This twist on a pasta classic even appealed to my personal carbonara expert :D I had to cook it again almost immediately! I mean, it's creamy, it's cheesy and it contains bacon and salmon! No way you're not gone love it! For the recipe I use a whole package of bacon cubes, simply to avoid leftovers floating around in the fridge. Therefore, you can adjust the amount, depending on how big your package is ;)
Since this is my first translated recipe, I'm a bit unsure about the conversion of the quantities. Please leave a comment if you have any suggestions.

Ingredients:
10 oz spaghetti
1 onion
5 oz bacon (cubed)
10 oz salmon
2 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 oz parmesan (grated) nutmeg (grated)
salt, pepper
Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions.
2. Fry bacon cubes in a hot pan. No additional fat needed! Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the onion and add it to the bacon. If available, remove the skin from the salmon and dice it as well. Put in the pan and fry for a few minutes (about 2-3min). Not too long so it doesn't get dry.
3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with heavy cream and parmesan. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
4. Drain the cooked spaghetti and put it in the pan, take it off the hot stove and pour the cream mixture over it. Stir everything and serve. Enjoy!:)
